- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge per house instead of per hour. We do that because it helps our customers to know how much they’ll spend, as well as having a set price they can count on!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to give an In-Person quote. It gives us all an opportunity to meet, and it also gives our customers the ability to set expectations and details they might want done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have much experience with cleaning. She has been cleaning for Hotels, Airbnbs, personal homes, vacation homes, etc. for over 2 years, and I’ve been active duty military for the past 6 years where we clean our work spaces and hangars every day in the maintenance department.
