- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls Integrated Communications Group one of our very experienced and well trained project managers will set up a time and date to meet with the customer on their site to discuss all work that needs to be completed. We listen to the customers wants and needs. Our project managers then complete a site survey of the premises and complete a formal proposal of all work to the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a combined 50 years in the communications industry we felt that we could take all of our positive and negative experiences from other companies and create a company that truly strives to understand its customers and employees needs. ICG, was formed on those principles and we continue to excel in growth and customer satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with very large national chains to the home owner needing speakers hung. Large or small every customer is treated equally and their job is our number one priority.
