- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept all major credit cards. Military discounts provided. Senior Citizen Discount provided. There is a 60.00 dollar service call during regular business hours and 80.00 afterhours and weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you call, we will call you back and ask for basic info... address of home, your name, contact info etc... We will set up an appointment for the service. Once we arrive we will diagnose the issues and provide you with an estimate for repair. Should you decide to wait on service, we will only charge the service call. You will have up to 14 days to accept our estimate. Should you accept our estimate, we will deduct the service call price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined experience of 6 years in the HVAC industry. We have our epa certifications.
