- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on length of professional experience. Entry Level (less than 2 years of experience) Mid-Career Level (less than 8 years of experience) Senior Level (8+ years of experience) Executive Level (upper management/C-suite/VPs) I also offer LinkedIn Optimization, cover letters, and Thank You letters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very simple. I request their old resume so that I have their job history. I then communicate via email or text. If the client prefers for me to call, I can do that too! Throughout the entire process I keep my client updated on my progress. I am a strong believer in communication! Once the first draft is complete, I will email the document for review. Upon approval, I will email my client the resume in both Word and PDF.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Executive MBA and a B.S. in pharmacy. Teaching at the university level, I am constantly reading, learning, and keeping up-to-date with everything business-related.
