Ken is knowledgeable, helpful with all our questions, and was accommodating. We decided to go with a reputable Carrier system, and even bumped up to a 3.5 ton over our previous 3 ton unit. With nearly 2000 sq ft, we were borderline between a 3 and 3.5 ton according to the charts and research we did.
They answered our calls and responded to questions we had after the install just a quickly and courteously as before hiring them.
Since we went a week without AC before deciding on what to do and who to hire, the system seemed to run nearly 24 hours straight after installed. We felt a cooling difference within 30 mins, to an hour. Getting the whole house down to 73/74 and removing the humidity may be why it stayed steadily running that first 20+ hours.
So far we are very pleased and would recommend Air Command!

I highly recommend Air-Command! They were friendly and very quick at responding to all my questions. They beat competitors pricing, as I did get several quotes! They installed my New AC unit the day we had a horrible storm. They had to stop working for a little while due to thunder and lightning, but the guys waited it out and it cleared up. They worked really hard that day to get the job done. AC is blowing cold and I could not be happier. The other companies I had quote me for the job, I got off of Angieâs List. I have to say, I was not impressed! Ken and his team were great right from the very first phone call! Thanks guys!!

Other than the price slowly creeping upward, I got it done and I'm very happy with the equipment that was installed. I coupled it with the Nest thermostat. 3 ton, 14 SEER, Carrier heat pump split system for $4000. Very happy with everything so far.

Great all around. Ken responded immediately and quoted me an excellent price for a complete job, recommending a higher capacity system with matching inside and outside units. He did the work very quickly and communicated well during the entire process. He made payment quite easy! We actually never met during the process and his team coordinated all the work directly with my tenant. During removal of the old system, we had a minor problem with some fluids killing a small piece of lawn, but Ken replaced the grass no questions asked. I would definitely call Ken and use Air Command AC again.
