- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a catastrophe in my house. All my photos, movies high school year books and military cruise books were water damaged. I felt the need to help advocate for people.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Where does the work get done at. Many of them send your family history across the country. Odds are not in your favor in getting them back in the condition they left in. JB effects does all work in the same office you dropped it off at.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The importance of getting your photo albums transferred to digital. Also the need to get the VHS taped movies transferred before they all get ruined. Once those memories are lost they can not be brought back.
