- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price for special event makeup is $60 not including travel fee, depending how far I have to travel I would have to slightly raise the price. I charge $30 for a Makeup trial, and all my services include lashes as well as glitter (optional).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will say I am mostly self taught but I did take 2 years of cosmetology in high school.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for makeup has been with me since a very young age, I remember being around 9 and watching my first makeup tutorial on YouTube. My friends and family always complimented me on my makeup and the love and passion I demonstrated for it. Thanks to them in 2017 I decided to do freelance makeup and making other girls feel beautiful and the best version of themselves. Seriously just seeing their faces of aw, and comments such as “is that me?”... “I love it”... “I never knew I could look this beautiful”... makes me love doing what I do more every day.
