My laptop completely froze. I'd turn it off, turn it on, and the same immobile page would pop up. Mr Knoll resolved the issue very quickly. The laptop is now humming along just fine. I would definitely recommend his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer services within 100 miles of 33567 area code. There is a trip charge of 25 dollars for 25-50 miles and 50 dollars for 50-100 miles. For anything outside of that range we can accommodate based on how far and difficulty of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of contacting customers via the thumbtack messaging system and text message within 1 hour of contact to establish and confirm the date and time of the appointment. If there is no response we will make a phone call as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft certified professional with 25 years of experience in low voltage, security, telecommunications, and information technology products.
