- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer services within 100 miles of 33567 area code. There is a trip charge of 25 dollars for 25-50 miles and 50 dollars for 50-100 miles. For anything outside of that range we can accommodate based on how far and difficulty of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of contacting customers via the thumbtack messaging system and text message within 1 hour of contact to establish and confirm the date and time of the appointment. If there is no response we will make a phone call as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft certified professional with 25 years of experience in low voltage, security, telecommunications, and information technology products.
