Completely good experience. Highest recommendation. It seems to me that what you want and someone who’s installing an appliance… For us it was a standard under counter dishwasher… Is someone who is perfectly capable at doing the job when nothing goes wrong, but can handle any twist and turn that gets thrown at him. I figured this was an hour and a half job or so maybe two hours, but it took a full four hours. No complaints no comments just sound professional work. I ended up paying him more than he quoted, and it was worth every penny. He was thorough, professional, and tested at each step of the process, so that we didn’t end up with a problem… Which, when it comes to dishwashers and water and kitchen floors, you really want to avoid. Again, highest recommendation.

Darren came on time and installed my new Bosch dishwasher. Unfortunately, the connection for the Bosch brand was different, and he went above and beyond to purchase the missing part for me from Home Depot. I liked the way he helped me out and made sure the machine worked fine before he left. My initial quote was $100, but I eventually had to pay $280 due to additional time needed to purchase the missing part. I had asked before the installation whether the existing parts would have been sufficient, and he had said "probably yes". Neither of us considered a different brand might have different connections. We also spent almost 30 minutes just to start the machine. This is also something to keep in mind especially if you're dealing with a German brand. In the end I'm happy with the excellent work. However, I'll consider hiring a brand expert and clarify pricing in my next job.

Alton visited site a day before to inspect, and give me a quote. He returned the next day (on time) with a helper, and was able to install my Bahama shutters within 2 hours! Very knowledgable and experienced in many Constrution fields. Will definitely use again!
