We have been fortunate to have had Barbara as the property manager for 2 rental homes that we owned in Riverview for 6 years. Her services were outstanding and very reasonably priced. She is very professional, methodical and financially astute. We could count on her to get excellent tenants who paid their rent on time and who took good care of our properties. No task was too small for Barbara. Whatever it took to make tenants happy she would arrange to have it done, or do it herself if that is what is took. The rents were collected on time and she saw to it that the properties were maintained and kept in almost pristine condition.
Barbara was the agent that helped us find the rental properties; assisted us in finding tenants over the 6 years. And when we decided to sell the properties, Barbara personally oversaw the renovations that we made before putting them on the market; and she helped us find buyers. She is a full service property professional

On the same day we signed the management agreement, Barbara placed 19 listings for our property!
The next day, she wrote to inform us that there was some interest, and that she showed the property. Two days after that, she found renters for our property. Altogether, a lease agreement was executed five days after we signed the management agreement!! More than that, within that time she coordinated needed repair and maintenance of several items in and around the property. We are very impressed with Barbara's work ethic, professionalism and the results she is able to achieve. Barbara is truly one of a kind and we give her our strongest recommendation.

I've rented my home out to go travel and Barbara helped me with finding the right renters, lease agreements and other advice, She always returned my phone calls and gave great advice on how to find great renters and the correct lease agreements. I'd highly recommend her work.
