Started training yesterday with O.C. and I am very excited to start my fitness training with such a professional and patience trainer. O.C. walks you through each exercise and encourages you along the way. Super excited to see my results!
I started my first day of training today and I'm extremely happy with my decision to have Anna as my trainer. She has to be the most amazing person I've meet in a long time, she's patient with me and she took the time to learn my strength and weakness before moving forward with training me.. Her work out area at home is clean and very much comfortable... I'm beyond excited for this journey with her and I look forward to very work out session with her.. I must say after my first work I feel extremely good just knowing I have Anna as a trainer....
I had a great experience! Corey was the 3rd person to contact me on thumbtack with a "personal" message. I went with him because he replied quick to my questions and followed up with me to see how I was doing.. Nothing salesy or forced, it felt genuine. Once I explained to Corey my goals and what I was looking for in a trainer, Corey was able to connect me with a personal trainer by the name of Troy (who works for/with him). I am on my 3rd session w/Troy and he's everything I've been looking for in a trainer. He's professional, understanding, flexible, straight to the point, stern with a sense of humor.. Oh yeah, and easy on the eyes. Troy has over 8 years of experience and is a boxer so from time to time, he'll incorporate boxing in my workout and I'm excited about that. The $35 fee noted is for a 30 min session but I recommend going with an hour session so you can get a full body workout with a personal trainer that can tell you what you're doing right vs. what you're doing wrong. I booked for 12 sessions which will cover me for a month @ 3 sessions/week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer whether it be short term or long term. Bottom line, you'll definitely get your money's worth in each session. I am very pleased.
I have signed up for a Spartan Race in March and needed help getting some endurance training. I originally signed up for a package because it was a better deal. I have already seen some great results and have decided to buy more sessions. My girl friends attended a group class and we did some unique cross fitness training. He has also mapped out a nutrition plan for me to follow so that I stay healthy during my training. I am very happy with his ability to keep me motivated.

Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . He is the reason I dropped 15 pounds in the short time we were together . I have had many trainers in my life and I have never met Anyone like Riccardo . He is definitely the BEST trainer I have ever had ! When my husband joined me for the last two weeks , Riccardo also trained him . they hit it off from the start! My husband was able to drop 6 pounds in two weeks! All Thanks to riccardo's personalized training program he developed for him . My husband said to me , Riccardo is one of the best trainers I have ever had ! If you want results , Ricardo is your guy ! He is patient and understands all different body frames and can therefore specialize your program to suit your needs . He has a wealth of fitness training knowledge and gives great support when it comes to healthy eating. He is always happy to answer any questions ! I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.
I had not been really pleased with the results I was getting from going to the gym myself 3 days a week (without any direction). I saw many overworked bodies at the gym, that were too big at the top/shoulders, or too large in the legs for the body, that just looked mis-proportioned and ridiculous. Pedro Rios was recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance. On the first meeting, he interviewed me and took down height, starting weight, body fat content, measurement of arms, shoulders, and legs. I met with Pedro 2 times a week, and then went to the gym on my own one other day, but most importantly... I *practiced the exercises and body building he taught me*. In about 6 months to a year, I was in the best shape I had ever been, including when I was in my 20s & 30s! I was in my mid-fifties, and everyone thought I was much younger and I was told I looked great too! Best of all, my body was properly proportioned for me, and looked bulked out and well toned. Most important piece of advice I could give, is to listen to Pedro and practice on your workouts what he tells you. If you do, and you stick with it, you will see amazing results for yourself. If you don't follow his advice on your training, and don't go to work out a few times a week, you won't get the results you want. It falls entirely on YOU and what you want. I'm just saying that if you give Pedro and his workout techniques a chance and are serious about looking and feeling better, you will be very pleased with the results!

Hannah was extremely knowledgable about training on top of making adjustments specifically catering to my sport and journey to be leaner. I was extremely impressed with how she found ways to connect the weights and movements to being explosive in my sport. It was also cool that she was detail orientated enough to demonstrate each movement to me and explained why I would benifit from doing it. Our first couple training sessions she also let me know what might make me feel uncomfortable or sore so I knew what to expect going into each movement. I felt motivated and supported with each training session due to her encouraging and bubbly personality. She has a very special way to connect with people and you will know what I mean once you train with her! She keeps things serious but definetly makes pretty funny jokes about day to day life... if you can appreciate a serious trainer with some humor, you will love her. Every time I arrived to train with Hannah, she was ready and prepared the second I got there. She was also very responsive and easy to reach if I ever wanted to schedule more or less training and/or had questions about nutrition or additional stretching. Inaddition to the training sessions, Hannah spoke to me a lot about goals. She is very passionate about wanting to support you in achieving whatever and where ever your goals are in the gym and outside of the gym. I’ve trained with several trainers but it’s hard to find great ones like Hannah! I would recommend her to anyone whether their a high level athlete or a beginner in the gym!
A few months ago I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I looked into fitness training and after meeting with 3 trainers I decided to go with Frank Latella. His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! I am very pleased with my work outs with Frank . I am almost to my goal and I couldn't have done it without Frank Latella showing me the way. This is going to be long! After being widowed suddenly at age 56 in 2014, I found myself slipping slowly into a state of uselessness. The very active lifestyle I formerly enjoyed included running half marathons and most recently the NYC Marathon last November - all to fundraise for child protection and water projects in Haiti and Africa through World Vision. My desire was to continue in service, and I was further inspired during a 10-day "Vision Trip" to Ethiopia and Kenya with World Vision to visit water projects in World Vision communities, meet the villagers the projects served, meet one of my sponsored children, and run "The Great Ethipoian Race". My 9 travel companions and I also went to collection sites where women and children were fetching contaminated water for drinking and cleaning. Witnessing this and getting to speak with the villagers moved my heart to continue in service to help them. Once I got back to a house without my husband though, I sank into a feeling of unworthiness, uselessness, lack of motivation, and despair. Even running did not cheer me as it used to. I carried the guilt of not moving to help the people I had met in Africa. Before leaving on a 10-day vacation at the end of April, I was carrying 7 lbs. over my race weight. During the vacation, I gained 9 lbs. more. Once home, I started back to a half-hearted workout program, but had a hard time quitting sugary treats. Then, I gained 2 lbs. more! What a failure I was. I was weighing more than ever - besides during my pregnancy. I realized that I needed someone who would be there for me to force me to get back into a regular and sound workout program. The things I hated the most were - not wanting to or feeling like I could run another half marathon, my growing belly that reflects an imminent serious health problem, and being stagnant in my service to the people who had moved me in Africa. Then, after having used Thumbtack to hire a tree pruner and liking the service, I decided to look for a personal trainer who would force me off of my butt. I really liked the way I received immediate responses and profiles. Once I had narrowed it down to 2 trainers, I scheduled interviews with both of them. They both interviewed very well, but Eric seemed to "fight" for my business. He was willing to train me every day that I was home and on weekends for the same price as weekdays. I work as a flight attendant, and my schedule varies. Eric was also less expensive than the other interviewee and super flexible with his hours. I hired him, and we started training the following day. There's nothing to complain about with Eric. He's either right on time with our appointments or more often than not, he texts me if he's able to get to me a little earlier. He texted me the one time he was running a little late too. He doesn't keep me wondering, and I appreciate his energy. Eric really encourages me, and I needed to have someone to get me wanting to be dressed in my workout clothes and ready to go when he would arrive. When he started with me, I really wanted to perform well for him when I didn't want to do it for myself. Now, I'm back to wanting to be performing on my own and seeing my future as being able to run again for my friends in Africa or continuing with being a child ambassador for sponsorship. Since May 16, Eric has trained me at my home 8 times. He put together a daily workout schedule for me to do either in my hotel room or at the hotel fitness center when I'm away from home. He taught me how to use the TRX system and resistance bands when I'm away, and he had me record a video of him going through all of the exercises for me to reference. My memory is not the best, but I don't need my memory when I have the videos to follow and my plan sheet that he provided for me. During our sessions, he coaches me enthusiastically through my sets and keeps me moving fast. In 45 minutes, I'm getting 100% of his creativity with the way he uses the items in my home gym plus things like brooms and garden tools that are around to give me a super effective workout. He can really think quickly on his feet and most importantly, he makes the workouts FUN! He keeps me pretty sore, but not so sore that I can't function. Also, before the marathon, I had 3 injuries during training - my Achilles, my calf, and my knee at separate times. With Eric's workouts, I feel that these three areas are getting stronger, and are not a problem nor weak. Eric's workouts don't include crazy, injury-likely, exercises. Eric took measurements when we started training together. So, I can't give specific results right now because we will take the next measurements after I've been training 4 weeks. I do see that my arms are already more toned, but my belly is still flabby. I don't expect that area to respond right away anyway. He's having me use the app "MyFitnessPal" to keep track of what's going into my mouth, and he had me adjust the percentages of fat, protein, and carbs in the app. I'm a little discouraged that I've only lost 2.8 lbs. from my highest weight, but at least I'm not still gaining and I am more toned. When I hit the 4 weeks, I'd like to submit another review so that you can see the real results. I've decided to stick with Eric's personal training for at least 90 days. After that, I hope to have the confidence to go to the gym he's opening from time to time or have him still come to my home once per week to keep me on track. My finances will most likely determine that. Ultimately, I hope to maintain this lifestyle change. The good thing is that I'm being held accountable by Eric, and I'm happy to check in with him by text when I'm out of the country to prove that I'm doing my daily workouts without him. It's good to have someone to keep me motivated. Also, he practices what he preaches. He's in excellent shape himself, exudes youth and energy, and reflects a happy life through his smile and glow. He always keeps things upbeat and positive, seeks and works hard to meet his own goals for his business and desire to help people, and that impresses me in this handsome and charming young man. Finally, I highly recommend Eric to anyone like myself who had maybe been an athlete and for one reason or another, has fallen into a deep slump, depression, and lack of motivation. Eric's energy and positive attitude will get you moving again and wanting to do good in this world. He'll get you out of bed and feeling great!!

I absolutely loved my first trial session with Kaizen Training! First of all we organized it within a few days and thankfully he could accommodate his time I could train. We discussed my goals and put together training plan that tested my abilities! During the session he was very attentive to my strengths and weaknesses and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.
Just started training with Kannel this week. Pushing me and motivating me to work hard but always making sure I am feeling ok. First week was great and I can't wait for the following weeks.

To start off, Matt's Sunrise HIIT training system is top quality. Even though I've been exercising for years and would consider myself an elite athletic individual, Matt was still able to push me above and beyond my limits. The exercises were always different and they constantly challenged my muscles with new circuits. Matt was always on time when he trained me at my place or at a designated gym. If there were any issues with meeting up to exercise, Matt was understandable and he was effective at working around my schedule. More than anything, I signed up for Sunrise HIIT to build muscle, add variety to my existing exercise routine and push pass any plateaus that I was experiencing. We achieved all of the above, and to me, that's true value when you obtain the results you set out for. Thanks Matt.
