I have been training with Francesca for over a year and a half now. She has helped me in many ways both mentally via meditation and or physically via personal training (she will push you to limit and beyond what you think is possible) and always with a positive attitude. She is great with personal training with weights and or flexibility and or intervals. I strongly and highly recommend her as a teacher and trainer
