- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and based on: the number of forms, how complex the return may be, competition, what kind of order your records are in, number of meeting we may have and the time spent on doing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss matters over the phone then meet soon after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and an accounting degree. Also take 30 hours of taxation each year.
