I got a call from them 10min after asking for offers. Very nice lady, explained that they do not charge for assessments, so I invited them over. She gave me many options when scheduling. I got text updates before the visit. Leo the technician arrived on time. Gave me an offer to try fix the part and an offer for replacing, which I only had to pay if fixing was not possible. The work was complex and difficult because the access to the pipe was difficult, Leo applied pressure and used the right tools and techniques, and was also very gentle and careful not to cause any damages to surrounding ceramic etc. We ended up replacing the cartridge after we decided it is not worth the risk to try and fix the old one and take risks. Leo made sure to test that everything is ok, no leaking, and that the water temp is good. He cleaned the working area afterwards. Was very transparent and communicative. Very pleased overall.

We offer free onsite quotes without obligation Monday to Friday 9 am-5pm with ou obligation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have plumbers with over 40 years of experience and my self I have been doing plumbing for 16 years, went to school for 4 years to get my journeyman license, and another 2 years to get my state plumbing master licence
