- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is $39, and it goes toward the total cost if you proceed with the repair. Every repair is different, so we provide an accurate price after diagnosing the problem on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for our technician to visit your home for diagnostics. After identifying the issue, the technician explains what repair is needed and provides a cost estimate. If you approve the repair and parts are available, the technician can fix it right away. If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll schedule a return visit once it arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians regularly complete advanced training in appliance repair to stay current with the latest technologies. They are insured, and in Florida, appliance repair professionals are not required to hold a license.
