The service tech was wonderful. On time, explained everything so I understood what was going on the whole time. However, scheduling could have been done a little better. I was told the part would be coming in at the same time they wanted to schedule the appt. So I advised the girl she shouldn't ever do that just in case the part didn't come In. So set it up for next day. Other than that I was very happy with the service. Techs name was nesly.
