There are not enough available characters in this review to say everything I'd like to. Felipe was terrific all around. He responded he followed up, he provided an acceptable estimate, ordered the carpet, and finally installed the carpet perfectly. I had read a lot of great reviews about him, but now I can honestly say everyone of them was right on the money. He is a terrific human being aside from his well honed professional carpet services.
