Felipe did an excellent job re-stretching our upstairs carpet and removing all of the ripples and waves. He was very responsive throughout the scheduling process and answered all of my questions promptly. He was able to schedule the job very quickly and arrived exactly on time. The work turned out to be more difficult than we originally expected, but he only made a very small adjustment to the original quote. He worked professionally, paid attention to every detail, and left everything clean when he finished. The carpet looks great again. I highly recommend Felipe!
