Chef took care of the catering for my baby boy's first birthday and it was just perfect. We had great exchanges by email and phone before the event. The D-Day he was on time and the food was set without any problem. All my guests really enjoyed the food. I thought I ordered too much but at the end, most of the food was gone - especially the ribs : so freaking delicious. Everybody asked me where I have found this food. And the cake was also awesome. Chef John did an excellent job catering our holiday dinner! The food was amazing and everyone is still talking about it a week later. We had Chicken Piccata, Prime Rib and Eggplant Parm. The apps and desserts were really good too! They were on time, set the display up very nicely with décor and all. And for pick up, they were there when they said they would be and it took less than 10 minutes. Overall a great experience and we will definitely use them again!Dec 22, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The best process we have found in working with any customer is meet via the phone and out line your needs for the menu and anything else you may require for your event. Then we prepare a formal quotation which includes all your needs. At some point we will meet at the venue and discuss in detail the setup and layout event timing etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of the Culinary Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and graduated Suma Cum Laude. During which I owned my own ristorante specializing in Seafood and Italian for 12 years. Prior to that I was in corporate America for 25 years in International Business.
