Yes, Continually learning from different groups that i'm involved with. From weekly meetings to computer food groups to Industry leading magazines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everyone that came to my restaurant started ordering Catering from me and it just followed me over the years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are lunch buffets of cold salads and pre-made sandwiches trayed up with side dishes. Then turn the Buffet into a Viennese table full of desserts. Coffee and Gourmet tea's, and Drinks.
