"Big Lou" was a true professional and the 1st of 3 technicians that was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a quote for which I accepted. He repaired our unit which had multiple problems including a coil leak, faulty belt, dirty coils and a condenser that wasn't charged or working. Completely trustworthy and he is now my guy for any HVAC issue I ever have. Highly recommend Lou for your job!

Biglou went to fix the issue for me very quickly with an affordable price. He explained how his advertising price works , which is understandable, and I agree. He told me the garbage disposal needs to be replaced, and He went to Home Depot to buy it, then he gave me the final price. After job was complete and well done.
Highly recommend
