Jeff Jacobs is a hard,honest,and intelligent worker..he takes his time and does the job the right way...he also then will explain what he is doing and the reason why he had to do it...my computer was running slow and sometimes not turning on or off...after Jeff ran some tests it was determined that I had a virus...so he was able to save and backup what documents that was important to me and then reformatted my computer...he explained everything that he was doing step by step and also put back the information that he backed up for me and advised me of some programs that would help protect my computer and keep it running smoothly...I think he did a outstanding job and was very impressed and happy with his work...I would and will recommend his services to my family and friends and will have no one else working on my computer but him...

I have never had a bad experience with Jeff. He has worked on my computer for over three years now, and there has never been a problem that he could not fix.
Easily, my favorite quality about Jeff is that he responds right away, and he shows up immediately to help fix a problem. He is timely, getting his work done efficiently, and is both friendly and personable. Responsible and knowledgeable in his field, Jeff is excellent at his job, and I would recommend his work to anyone.
