I have used this IT company twice now to help my 84yr old mother with her computer. I live across the state and just cannot talk her through the fixes. The same tech Devante was a good communicator, polite, and the estimate was exactly what was charged. He provided advice for future virus protection a link for remote access. Highly recommend
