- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated once an initial course form is completed. The one on one cooking class is designed to enhance the skills in the kitchen and it takes 2-3 hours. The group classes or cooking parties are designed to engage all participants and make a group feast. Other services include custom menu cards, purchased gifts for the best chef (Zestcipes kitchenware) and discounts for additional classes bought during the first class. I provide the recipes for the items we make for you to be able to practice again. If you sign up for a program with Zestcipes, I will provide you a free Zestcipes binder for 10 classes. Most classes are $ 150 +tax. Baking classes, special menu classes or bigger groups pricing is quoted based on the initial conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would provide a class form. Once I receive the completed form we will have a call to discuss the class goals and establish together the menu.
