- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base pricing starts at $175 to $575 depending on if the service is basic MLS photography, real estate video, twilight or a combination of services. My base price covers up to 35 edited images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I want to make sure my new customers have 100% confident in me and the images they will get. When I'm hired to book a shoot for a customer, I make sure to find out which features are the selling point for that particular property or what they want me to focus on then I find the right angles and perspective to capture those features. I usually send previews first of the images for my new customer within 24-48 hours to make sure that they are 100% satisfied with the images. Once the client is satisfied, I will release the final images.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a landscape photographer for many years (which i still enjoy doing) but then I discovered Real Estate Photography through helping a friend sell his house. Real Estate have since then become my passion and I love working with realtors, homeowners, builders, designers and architech and am very happy when I hear them tell me how quickly they close on their listing or when they compliment my work.
