John was such a professional. Came out immediately, very well groomed and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to advise me as to who I should call (problem was with sprinklers...not plumbing). I would definitely recommend him and his price was exactly as he quoted!!

John responded quickly and fixed plumbing problems I had in my house for months. I never saw him we spoke by phone. He was in and out of my house in a few hours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate prices there is nothing complicated about that. Most customers want to know how much per hour but the truth is if someone work by the hour they will take their sweet time doing the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be able to keep license action we must have 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in high school it was one of the trades that they had a 3 year course.
