Val was quick to respond. He arrived promptly and quickly assessed the job and offered a very reasonable quote. He found a problem with a faucet that I had not noticed, went to Home Depot to get a replacement and completed the job. He was prepared, had all the tools that he needed, worked quickly and explained what he was seeing and doing in a clear and understandable fashion. I will call Val if I need work done in the future; absolutely.
