Marcelo did a fantastic job on our house this week. He was responsive and detailed in his communication from the initial contact to the estimate which was ultimately the determining factor for hiring him. He came out and throughly examined our new (to us) home which had not been maintained in some time and needed someone like Marcelo to bring it back. I highly recommend him as he was patient (picking colors isn’t fun), attentive and transparent. On top of it his pricing was fair and gave me options to choose from and made recommendations based on the house condition without pressure.
