I was desperate trying to find someone to help me put up my shutters during Hurricane Irma. This is how I met Joe! I contacted 6 different vendors, including Joe. The other companies wanted double what Joe charged. It was a hectic time with people trying to find a honest, fair, and reputable company. Joe was swamped with work and wasn't able to make it right away (same day). He PROMISED he would come the following day. He is a man of his word. He not only showed up, but he was early! I live on the 2nd floor in a condo, and the aluminum shutter installation took longer than what was projected. However, Joe didn't charge double the amount. He stuck to his initial quote. YES, you read that correctly!!! He didn't jack up his initial quote! I referred Joe to a lot of my neighbors and he took care of 5 of them. If you are looking for a honest, fair, trustworthy person, then contact Joe. You won't regret it!!!
