What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. We offer seasonal discounts based on the size and the materials. One thing we guarantee is that we will beat the competition when it comes to quality and customer service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can schedule a convenient time that works for them for their free estimate through Thumbtack, our website or by simply calling us. Our team will go over the needs of the customer and provide recommendations accordingly. Once the materials and design are finalized, we provide 3D renderings of the project and an estimate. After the job is approved by the customer, we start permitting process and schedule a day to start the job. Our jobs are backed by 1 year workmanship warranty and lifetime limited warranty on materials depending on the type of fence installed.
