We had our garage door spring break on a Sunday morning and could not get out of the garage. After calling some companies which were closed until Monday we finally got Garage Doors services on the phone and thanks to their awesome repairman , our garage door was fixed and fully operational a few hours after we called. He was quick, professional, explained everything he was going to do and took great care of us!

Today, I placed an emergency call because I locked my garage door from the inside by pushing in the handles. I touched the remote accidentally and the door handles were jammed and being a senior citizen, I was unable to pull it open. I immediately panicked and called for assistance. I spoke to the answered the phone who said they could assist between 1-3pm. I explained nothing was broken on the door and just needed a man’s strength to release the two latches. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from a gentleman who identified himself from the company. He asked what was the problem and he said maybe it’s something we could do on the phone. I doubted him because I thought how is he going to release the latches on the phone. He asked to send a photo and after I provided it, I was instructed to pull the red cord hanging from the motor which he explained was to manually open the door. I followed his instructions and nearly fainted when the loud release sound was made. He kept asking if I was ok and I assured him after a few minutes, I was fine. The latches moved and I was able to push the door up. He then explained I have to reset it so it could reset and be done by the remote. I told him I don’t know how to do it. Again, he told me what to do and the door opened and closed with the remote. I would like to thank this kind gentleman for his concern, patience and knowledge of his job. Hats off to him and may the God I serve guide and protect him daily as he go about his work. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but thanks and thanks again for your kind assistance.🙏🙏 Less
