Howard came to the apartment to fix various things in the balcony and accidentally created an expensive accident that cost me lots of $$$ in plumbing. I understand accidents can happen, but he literally left the property with nobody present / door open / old screen on the grass and disappeared. After various attempts to reach out to him his answer was: I’m swamped with work and unable to finish anything. Didn’t expect him to be so unprofessional
