FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At KNM HOME PROS, we believe in fair, honest, and upfront pricing. We offer both flat-rate pricing for common jobs and custom quotes for larger or more complex projects, so you always know what to expect before the work begins. We don’t believe in surprise fees or cutting corners — our prices reflect the quality of the work, the time involved, and the materials needed. We're happy to walk you through the estimate so you understand exactly what you're paying for. Our goal is to give you great value and peace of mind, whether it’s a quick repair or a full-day project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I keep things simple, clear, and respectful from start to finish. Initial Contact – We start with a quick phone call or message where you tell me what you need help with. Estimate – I’ll either give a ballpark price right away or schedule a time to come see the job in person so I can give you an accurate quote. Scheduling – Once we agree on the scope and price, I’ll schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. Job Execution – I show up on time, walk through the job with you, and make sure everything is done right the first time. Final Walkthrough – When the job’s done, we do a final check together! My goal is to make the whole process easy, professional, and stress-free so you can feel confident about the work being done in your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a hardworking family where fixing things yourself was just part of daily life. Whether it was helping my mom with home repairs or watching my brothers build and fix things around the neighborhood, I learned early on the value of putting in the work and doing it right. Over time, what started as helping out family and friends turned into a real passion for working with my hands and solving problems. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into a business — KNM HOME PROS — so I could not only support my own family, but also serve others in the community with reliable, honest handyman work. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a way to provide for my loved ones while helping other families take care of their homes.
