I do the required 14 hours per year required by Florida and also keep up with the latest news and facts and also do extra training online.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in houses, remodeling, etc and also like inspecting and finding things that need repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you find someone who is thorough and writes easy-to-read reports. Make sure you find someone who will explain their findings to you and offer suggestions on how to remedy problems.
