I wish I could be watching my 32" television from the wall now in my bedroom, but unlike the last poster, I did not have a great experience with Plasma Pro Installations. I was stood up three times and now my television still sits in the box. The first time that I called, I spoke to the assistant, Vanessa I believe is her name, and she was very cordial. She scheduled my appointment for the very next day between 3 and 5 pm. Excitedly, the next day after work I ran home and waited for their arrival. NOTHING! Disappointed, I left a message with the company and received a call back. I was told that they called my house phone and no one answered ( even though I was home and never heard it ring). They never called my cell phone. However, she apologized and rescheduled me again. I took the appointment because it could have been my fault with the whole "home phone not ringing thing". The next appointment was a Saturday and I decided to be proactive and call to confirm my appointment. Unfortunately, I was told that Manny had fallen ill and would not be able to make it. As a consolation, I was offered $30 off of the $85 installation fee and rescheuled. I wished Manny good health and hung up. The next appointment was for the following Monday. I called at around noon and was told that Manny was running behind schedule so all of the appointments would be about two hours behind. I agreed to the time and foolishly went home and waited. Do I even need to say that no one called me or came to install my television? I called and left another message asking them to call and at least explain why for a third time no one came. NOTHING or no one to date has called me back. Am I a little bit foolish to give them a third chance after the first time? I think not because I was hoping that the great reviews that I read about this company were true. Could it be they didn't want to give me the $30 discount that was promised? Maybe. At any rate, my brand new television still sits in the box. The funny thing of it all is that I actually won the television in a raffle while at a conference in Orlando. Hopefully one day I will get to watch it.

This is an update to my previous review of Pro Plasma Installations. Shortly after writing my review about Pro Plasma not coming to install my television, I received a call from Manny, the owner. He apologized for missing my appointments and explained that this was due to an overloaded schedule and him being ill. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to contact him when I was ready to install. Not only would he come out to my home, but he would install my television free of charge for the prior inconvenience. He came out to my home, and when he noticed that I had purchased an insufficient mount, he showed me which one to get on Amazon. Once the mount was delivered, he came back and installed my television perfectly over my dresser. I love it! He showed me how to move it around and even how to operate my new television. Manny is an awesome guy! He could have very well ignored my review and chopped it up as a loss, but he values customer service so he came back and did the job for free. You don't find that around any more. Great job Manny, and yes I would recommend his services to others.
