The young guy that was sent was very nice, but horrible at cleaning! I literally had to reclean 80 percent of what he thought was clean and clean things that he never touched. We asked if he was going to wipe down the microwave and counters and was told no, that's only done in 'deep cleanings'. He washed some dishes and left some in the sink. When I went to go put my dishes that were 'supposed to be clean' they all had a residue on them and had to be rewashed. I then saw that he had taken my butter tray that was on the counter and basically washed it with the butter in it and that's where the residue was coming from! He removed my rugs that I had and left them in a pile in my driveway... when asked what he was going to do with them... he just shrugged his shoulders. He left my stuff from my bathroom sink piled in my bathroom. As he was leaving... he left the floor soaking wet with dirt piles! I'm upset that this was the level of work that Berry's Cleaning thought was acceptable for the amount of monies I paid for.
