Customers should know exactly what they’re paying for, with no hidden fees or surprises. Clearly explain what’s included in the price (features, services, support, revisions, etc.). Emphasize the quality, benefits, or results they get—not just the number. Let them know if pricing can change based on options, customization, quantity, or time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers begin by contacting us to request service, after which we provide a clear, detailed quote based on their cleaning needs. Once approved, the service is scheduled at a convenient time. Our professional team arrives as scheduled and completes the cleaning to our established standards, followed by a final review and payment upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained in professional cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
