Thank you very much, Mr Latoya. when hiring us it was specified that our priority will ALWAYS be our permanent customers who have a family home - these are our customers! we did a test and, promptly, after a checklist by his company's manager, we clarified that we were not the type of professional they were looking for because $100 for deep cleaning was far from our values. the agreed amount ($100) includes regular cleaning: - surface dust removal; -vaccum and mop throughout the floor; - cleaning of the internal windows; - fridge, stove and microwave outside. It was also clarified to Mr Latoya that, as it is an airbnb, we could include: - internal cleaning of the fridge, stove and microwave. but for that price, we could NEVER include cleaning under sofa, bed and behind furniture. we did a good job. the bathtub in the residence was well stained, we left it soaking in the time we could stay in the house - the stain didn't come out. we apologize for not having found "the dustpan" of the residence and for any mini dirt that could have remained, as we always say: "we did our best, but we will never reach perfection". clean is clean - we understand that, but value is value! and a deep clean is not worth regular cleaning. we total 3 hours in services provided to the team. and I can commend them for their politeness and kindness.
