I can't say enough about how much I've enjoyed working with Jordyn and Bernardo at Neat Freaks Cleaning Service. During our initial inquiry, Jordyn was super responsive and scheduled a quick consultation to provide an in-person quote. We decided to book them for a deep cleaning of our 3/2 and within a week they were in our home, efficiently and thoroughly cleaning our home to a spotless finish. Though they charge by the hour, they work quickly through each task, and are mindful of client budget. I don't think I've ever seen my home so squeaky clean; especially with 2 dogs and a 17 month old! Lol. They tackled every nook and cranny, and the attention to detail was much appreciated. We have since booked them for bi-weekly cleanings and I'm so pleased with their service. They are professional, communicative and attentive to the requests we have. I am admittedly picky about the list of to-dos I'd like accomplished, and so far they have met and exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend booking Neat Freak Cleaning.

Jordan and Nathaniel are excellent cleaners! Our previous cleaner was not available during the shutdown and Jordan responded quickly and brought Nathaniel in promptly. Both are meticuous and FAST...I am so happy I found them!

The only issue was they sent only one person so it took her a long time to clean the apartment - 6 hours! She did a great job though.
