The only issue was they sent only one person so it took her a long time to clean the apartment - 6 hours! She did a great job though.

I hired Neat Freaks to clean my townhouse when my tenamt moved out and the unit was to be placed on the market for sale. I communicated directly with Jordan, the owner. She assured me that the unit would be serviced by competent staff that they would show up on time and complete the work to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed and attention to detail. I will definitely call on Neat Freaks for my next cleaning.

I have had my house cleaned before by other companies and this does not compare. I’m beyond impressed with this company. Our home was so clean I could eat off the floor. I will definitely book again. They cleaned better than grandma hands down 😳.

I called Neat Freaks to have mostly dust removed from a post remodel of my condo. Gianna came the same day I called promptly at the 4 pm appointment. The owner checked in a few times to see how things were going which was nice. Gianna worked hard and did a good job for me. I really liked the fact that they charge by the hour instead of a flat fee.
