- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't aim to be the most expensive company nor the cheapest. We understand everything has gone up in price, yet we want to guarantee an affordable service with excellent quality. That's how we keep most of our customers coming back. Never risking quality always with a great price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we set up an estimate at the earliest convenience of the potential new customer. Our estimates are always free unless we drive beyond a 50 mile radius. We will proceed to do a walk through, explain the scope of work that would be applied, the amount of time it will approximately take to finish, the material that will be used, schedule a start date and let us do the rest!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In IPR Contractors, all of our workers have 5+ years experience in the field of painting and home improvement. My business partner and I have been doing this respectively 8 years and him 25+ years. We have worked in various different states across the nation through different weather conditions, different materials used for different types of housing varying from state to state as well as learning the application of different techniques. After all these years, we like to let our experience and customer service speak for itself.
