- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is upfront and included in the estimate. No surprises. Although if something comes up that changes the job significantly, we’ll discuss options with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First identify your needs via phone conversation and/or in person meeting, we’ll type out a agreement so everybody feels confident about the job, start the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed general contractor with experience in multiple lines of construction, but have most passion for handyman work. I try to do most of the work ourselves and have pro’s to help for specialty jobs.
