What an amazing job. When my Tenant moved out, Susan came to the rescue to help me get my rental property back to move in condition. I work 12 - 16 hours a day during the summer and I just didn't have the time to get the rental cleaned up. If not for Susan, I'd be holding my rental off the market until I find the time to clean it. Susan is an excellent and thorough contactor. She is very detailed and makes sure the jobs are done to completion She had done detailing on multiple boats at our facility for retail customer as well as new and used boat deliveries. I would highly recommend her services!

Susan has done a variety of work for us over the years. From cleaning our house, cleaning our boat, and working with our business (Squeaky Clean Carpet & Tile. Boca Raton, FL. In business for 16 years.) on different jobs, such as, house cleaning, commercial cleaning, and floods. She is very sweet and personable. Her cleaning is thorough. She has an excellent work ethic and is efficient. Overall, she's been the best worker for us over the years and we would recommend her services to anyone.

We are not complicated usually work on a per job or hourly rate starting hourly rate for general cleaning is 25.00 Detailed goes up from there. If there are pets it may be more depending on that particular account.

I learned at an early age not everyone likes to clean, and to be good at it was profitable to me. the flexible schedule was a big plus for me with children.
