I hired JT Removal for a Commercial interior demolition project of an 8000 SqFt facility. The demolition scope of work was significant but selective as we wanted to maintain certain elements of the existing building layout in order to reduce construction costs.
I learned long ago that demolition is one of the first steps for renovation and if done correctly it will yield significant project savings and a ton of frustration.
Justin and his crew arrived every day, on time and ready to work. They required very little supervision and by the second day, he had won my confidence allowing me to focus on other projects while he focused on his.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of demo type services and debris removal.

I hired JT Removal LLC to remove a wooden framed patio and roof. The roof was connected into the roof of my main house, so it required a delicate hand to get it out without damaging the rest of my house. JT Removal was a great pick for this. They took two days, most of the first day was taking down the roof and outside structure. The second day was finishing the portion against the house and clean up. It is like the patio was never there. Highly recommend this company for demolition and removal services.
