- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and No. We have standard pricing options for our services, depending on the service and the needs of our customers. We tend to optimize our relationships by determining our pricing on a case-specific and individual basis, the time involved and arranging for discounted services on pre-scheduled appointments or multiple bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial encounter will involve a brief conversation in which we gather information as to what the particular client is requesting. We then offer a FREE ESTIMATE in person and open up negotiations on an agreeable set of terms and pricing. All of our clients have become repeat customers and we have excellent referrals and reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive experience in Customer Service, the hospitality and service industry, sales and event organization. We also have clean driving records, are trustworthy in all aspects and have worked with protecting consumer information at different executive levels.
