We recently used TapSnap for our Grand Opening at Aroma Joe's Coffee and what a great experience that was! Not only did they get every customers to take a photo but they engaged with them as well. I’m the Venue Manager for a South Florida based event company. We produce primarily “Fun Run” style 5k events. This past Saturday (5/18/2019) we had TapSnap at our event Fun Glow 5k POWERED by Naked CBD at South County Regional Park in Boca Raton. JC and the ENTIRE staff of TapSnap were EVERYTHING I could have wished for as a Venue Manager. Their attention to detail and assistance in walking us through every step of the process made what could have been a complicated process an absolute dream. The owner JC even spent about 25-30 minutes on the phone to help me re-design my survey questions (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING) so that we were getting the most pertinent data possible from our event attendees. Their set up was clean and professional, as were the attendant. Every time I stopped by the tent, the line was snaked down the venue. Not because they were slow (THEY'RE NOT).
