- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer Quality over Quantity. So estimated prices may adjust, in case additional services are requested. Our male employees are specialized in floors and windows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting the customer know what the service entails, and the estimated time the service is going to take. We will do a walk-through to discuss all the details.
