Introduction: I am a passionate coach and have spent the last 20 years helping clients of all ages, backgrounds and cultures achieve their personal and professional goals. By combining my background in Psychology and Education (M.A.) with my training in Professional Coaching from the University of Miami, I am able to partner with my clients in order to help them reach their full potential.
My services include personal/executive/career coaching as well as corporate training and development. I can help you with organization, time management, work/life balance and challenging transitions. Some of the most recent issues that I have assisted coaching clients with include transitioning from a full-time job to starting a business, finding a career that also fulfills the client's passion, managing time better in order to focus on revenue-generating activities, and improving self-confidence when speaking in public.
As a Business Communications Coach, I offer executives and professionals (especially bilinguals) strategies for inter-cultural communication as well as public speaking skills. I also offer customized Business English and Business Spanish programs.
What makes my services different from other providers is that I only work with a select number of clients at any given point in order to ensure that they receive personalized attention.
The most exciting part of my job is seeing someone come into our first meeting unsure of what to expect and seeing them leave excited about what they can accomplish.
