We had a neighbor who sold their home quickly and we remembered seeing that the realtor was Lynn Pineda. When we decided to put ours on the market, we called Lynn. She is the most reliable, communicative and professional person we've dealt with in a long, long time.
Lynn came over and advised as to some furniture rearranging to put our home in its best light. She had beautiful pictures and video taken for the listing and our home sold in two weeks.
Through the process, Lynn kept us informed of all necessary details, was extremely responsive to all of our inquiry and kept on top of everything that needed to happen. We would definitely work with Lynn again if there was a need. We highly recommend her!

Very professional, great work ethics and definitely stays on top of the transaction. Never personally met Lynn but would not using her again to sell one of my properties. Definitely heads and shoulders above your average realtor.

I will meet with all of my customers to determine their particular Real Estate needs and how I can best help them to meet their needs. I want you to be thrilled about me representing you when selling a home or buying a home. I'm always available to answer any questions that you may have. No question is too silly.
