Jeff started working with me and my fiance on our house hunting mission back in June of this year in the South Florida area. We hit a few bumps in the road, through no fault of Jeff's, and he was there to guide us every step of the way. Jeff made himself available almost at the drop of a hat and was always ready, prepared, and knowledgeable about every property we visited... and we visited quite a few!
Whenever we had questions, day or night, Jeff was on the ball getting us answers. If Jeff didn't have an answer, he used his resources to get them for us. When the going got tough, Jeff put up his realtor fists and fought the good fight for us to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for within our budget.
I'd have to say that the highlights of working with Jeff are as follows:
1. He was ready, willing, and available whenever we needed him.
2. His communication is excellent! Not a day went by during the house hunt that Jeff didn't check in with us, which was incredibly refreshing.
3. He is very thorough in his research and always showed up to our showings prepared and full of a wealth of information regarding the properties, types of loans, types of sales, etc.
4. He is an all around trooper. Finding our starter home took about five months, just because the availability of properties within our budget fluctuated over time. Nonetheless, Jeff was there for us, and his follow through with everything he said he'd do was superior.
I'd recommend Jeff's services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! He is extremely professional, friendly, and an all around great guy! :D
