- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I give fair pricing depending on the work being done. We can always negotiate pricing where we both will be happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is first getting their info and address. Setting up a time convenient for both to evaluate the roof. Then, to come to an agreement to start the job. Fairly simple process. The rest we take care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to roofing contractor school and continue to go to classes to keep up to codes and new techniques. Have 7+ years experience on the field myself plus 30+ years of experience from our amazing team!
